About the Role

As an ESG Reporting Specialist at Andrews Blake, you will support clients in developing and delivering transparent, credible, and stakeholder-aligned ESG reports. You’ll work with organisations across sectors to assess their current reporting maturity, define key performance indicators, and align disclosure with recognised frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, and SASB.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communications, and regulatory alignment. You’ll be responsible for helping clients tell their sustainability story clearly and consistently — ensuring compliance, building investor trust, and enhancing long-term corporate credibility.

You’ll collaborate closely with sustainability consultants, data analysts, and external stakeholders to shape reporting strategies that are both accurate and accessible.

  • Develop ESG reporting strategies tailored to client goals and regulatory requirements

  • Align disclosures with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, and ISSB

  • Support the drafting of annual ESG or sustainability reports

  • Identify and recommend appropriate ESG KPIs and data points

  • Work with internal teams and clients to gather, verify, and interpret ESG data

  • Ensure consistency across internal documents, public disclosures, and corporate messaging

  • Stay up to date with evolving ESG regulations and best practices

  • Advise clients on stakeholder communication related to ESG performance

  • Provide input into materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement activities

  • Collaborate with designers and comms specialists to produce high-quality deliverables
